Along Comes Hope, a nonprofit organization that helps families of children with cancer, is selling a coloring book with the proceeds going toward cancer research.
It’s called “Colors of Hope” and it’s a coloring book journal designed to be a creative outlet for kids of all ages.
It’s a compilation of various artists, including some locals who want to inspire children fighting cancer.
“These children are bedridden and they’re hospitalized and they’re sick, so they need some type of inspiration and hope that kind of pulls them out of their head and the physicality of what they’re going through, and creation and art allows them to do that,” said CEO and founder of Along Comes Hope, Jenny Mulks Wieneke.
