Caliber Expands Efforts to Fight Food Insecurity with 13th Annual Restoring You™ Food Drive
LEWISVILLE, Texas—The Caliber family of automotive repair and service brands, which includes Caliber Collision, Caliber Auto Glass, and Caliber Auto Care, is launching its 13th annual Restoring You™ Food Drive with an expanded commitment to combating food insecurity and hunger across the nation.
The Restoring You™ Food Drive leverages Caliber’s extensive network, rallying more than 30,000 teammates across 41 states to contribute to this important cause. This year, the initiative aims to donate over 4 million meals to 165 food banks nationwide, a significant step up in their efforts to support communities in need.
Addressing a Growing Crisis
Food insecurity, as defined by the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA), is the lack of consistent and equitable access to healthy, safe, and affordable food essential for optimal health and well-being. Alarmingly, over 44 million people in the United States face food insecurity, including one in five children. The number of families struggling with hunger or insufficient access to quality food has surged by 45% since 2021, severely impacting many of the communities that Caliber serves.

How to Contribute
Non-perishable food items and monetary donations can be made at any Caliber location or online through July 1, 2024. To maximize the impact of contributions, the Caliber Foundation—Caliber’s 501(c)(3) non-profit—will donate an additional $0.25 for every dollar raised. Contributions to the Caliber Foundation are tax-deductible, offering an added incentive for donors.
