Tractor Supply Company has awarded $1 million in scholarships to 143 students from 35 states through its FFA Future Leaders Scholarship program. The initiative, established in 2022, supports students pursuing careers in agriculture and related trades, recognizing the growing demand for skilled professionals in these fields. Recipients include students from trade schools and four-year colleges, reflecting the increasing popularity of careers in skilled trades and agriculture.

The United Way of Greater Philadelphia and Southern New Jersey has introduced the Center for Leadership Equity to foster diverse leadership and promote equity in the region.
